I Was Wrong About My First Project

A few days ago, I wrote about My First Project That Nobody Used

At that time, I really thought no one cared.

2 days later, I got curious so I checked the stats.

I was shocked!
After all it's just a simple Pomodoro Timer.

Turns out the Chrome extension had 134 installs, and around 9 active users.

I dug deeper and realised the listing page did its job. It convinced people to install. But the product itself did not give them a strong reason to stay.

Now I'm considering to improve it:

• switch from Vanilla JS to React for better structure
• improving UI and UX
• adding small but meanigful features
• basically make it more fun to use.

This feels like a small invitation to keep going.
