Miracle Morning
Morning is a miraculous time.
Whenever I wake up early, I feel energized and have lots of ideas flowing.
I decided to wake up early starting few months back, around 5:30 AM, to work on my side hustles.
Usually, I go straight to the toilet, wash up, drink a glass of water, pray, make a hot coffee, write in my journal, read a book, and then start my work.
It feels good and fantastic.
The challenge is to sleep early, ideally before 10 PM.
And avoid scrolling through social media on my phone. This is huge.
Ways to wake up early:
- Sleep by 10 PM
- Have dinner early, between 8 and 8:30 PM
- Set an alarm on my table clock
- Put the smartphone away
2025 is the year I'm permanently an early riser.
